Too many

There are too many books in your room

When do you read them all?

Big and small, so many covers

You must be smart I assume

There are too many pencils on the desk

Glittery, smiley types

Some with erasers, many unsharpened

How do you avoid such a mess?

There are so many notebooks around

Recycled, colorful paper

Pages covered in rhyme and thought

 Is this where your voice was found?

There are too many things to see

From heart stickers to crystal beads

Never learned how to be creative

Is it too late for me?
