Although this blog is about sharing my creative muses with the world, I feel obliged to share some newsworthy material regarding things that mean a lot to me, education and human services. I feel these fields don't get the level of respect they deserve, and are constantly faced with heavy budget cuts, downsizing, and inadequate resources.
